Welcome to WellnessPear.com (the “Platform”), a health services marketplace operated by Wellness Pear (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Platform, including any services offered through the website https://www.wellnesspear.com

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

The Platform acts as a agent to connects users (“Users”) with health, wellness professionals and other service providers (“Providers”) and facilitate the transaction between the two.

We are not and do not provide any health, wellness or medical services ourselves. All services are provided are by independent/3rd party Providers, not by Wellness Pear, and are not responsible for the services provided.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information,
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Users are responsible for scheduling and completing their purchases with the Providers.
  • Users are responsible for communicating with Providers and making their own decisions for the services they want.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Provider Listings and Services

Providers are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their listings and profiles,
  • The services they provide,
  • Compliance with professional and licensing regulations.
  • Any User disputes in relation to their services. 

We do not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for any Provider or services.

5. Payments, Fees and Wallet

Users may be required to pay fees for services booked through the Platform. We may use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for errors or issues arising from their services.

All wallet credit collected from customers are held by our platform (Wellness Pear) as an agent on behalf of vendors until used to pay for services. The wallet is non transferable and can only be used on our platform (Wellness Pear).

6. Cancellation, Expiry and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Provider. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable policies before booking a service. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds.

Purchased services needs to be used within 6 months from date of purchase.

We operate a no-refund policy. However, refunds may be considered under special circumstances. Wellness Pear acts as an agent on behalf of the vendor/service provider and will seek their approval first.

  • Refund to Member Wallet on our platform (Wellness Pear):
    If approved, the full paid amount will be refunded to the member’s wallet.
  • Refund to Bank Account or anywhere applicable that is not the members wallet on our platform (Wellness Pear):
    A 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs and the rest will be refunded.

7. Health Information Disclaimer

The Platform may provide general health-related information for educational purposes only. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations,
  • Impersonate another person,
  • Post false or misleading information,
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any personal injury or health issues arising from Provider services,
  • Errors, delays, or service interruptions,
  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness Pear, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
