How do I purchase and book a service?
To place an order:
1. Go to Book a Service page.
2. Browse and select your preferred vendor and service(s).
3. Proceed to the checkout and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
After your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and vendor information.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, contact the vendor directly to book your appointment. Do quote you’ve brought the service through wellness pear.
Please only show your order number to the vendor when you attend your appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including PAYNOW and credit/debit. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
What is your refund policy?
We operate a no-refund policy. However, refunds may be considered under special circumstances.
Refund to Member Wallet:
If approved, the full amount will be refunded to the member’s wallet with no additional charges.
Refund to Bank Account or Cash:
A 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
Is there an expiry date to the purchased services?
Purchased services needs to be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
What if I want to add on services during my appointment?
You may purchase more services on Wellness Pear during your appointment and use it immediately once purchase is completed to enjoy the promotion price. Or pay directly at the vendor side at their stated price.
